im 13F, turning 14 in september
i came on here to improve myself like the rest of you
im on a school computer rn so i cant attach pic of my face but i will when home! :catjam:
i mainly struggle with keeping a routine and self control
my main concern is to lose weight, any tips in pms would be amazing

Tbh at 13F you're extremely young you shouldn't be here worrying about your looks, you're still go through puberty
For losing weight nothing magical you need to put the fork down & stop junk foods
 
Welcome to the forums.

I agree with Tony, you're kind of young. Even if you could dramatically change your appearance at 13 outside of just normal development (which isn't really a thing but y'know), you wouldn't have access to money or resources an older teen or adult might have. You're still welcomed here, but it's something to keep in mind when asking for advice. The advice will only be helpful to you if you're able to have those resources, and at 13 that's not a very common experience.

If you are obese, I would consider talking to your doctor and/or your parents and asking them for help. There's more resources for childhood obesity that's covered by insurance (In America at least).
