Carnivore, low carb, paleo... there are so many different types of diet each claiming various benefits but which one is the best for maintaining testosterone levels and reducing estrogen levels?
I know that including high quality animal fats is important, but is following a carnivore diet optimal for T levels? Some studies show that eating low carb lowers T while some studies show that high carb lowers T.

I currently take 30mg zinc, 5000IU vit D, and 400 mg of magnesium.
What about oxalates in spinach? I’ve heard that oxalates inhibit testosterone production

Why do we shit for?
Sometimes called stool or feces, your poop is what's left of your food and drink after your body absorbs important nutrients. What and how you eat affects your digestive system, and sometimes, your bowel movements can change simply because of changes in your diet.Feb 27, 2019

Why would you be eating plants from which you can't even absorb ANYTHING in the first place? Keep eating grass son, if that makes you sleep well at night.
