Can I make myself go from 120-130 to 140? Or is it all genetics and not trainable?

I don’t mean train to pass these tests but improve your overall pattern recognition to a level of someone with an IQ of 140

Don't brain cells literally start dying off like everything else at a certain point? There are supplements you can take which supposedly slow down this process and keeping brain active might help. But unless you were using your brain everyday in a university or something of the sorts (and only for certain topics) you wouldn't see much if any improvement
