Your beard looks kinda patchy maybe look into Minoxidil, fin and minox for hair and change the style to cover forehead, vaseline and exfoliation for lips, caffiene and vitamin c for dark circles and try some ice for the inflation, train neck, grow lashes and maybe look into some green contacts, trim brows

If you wanna get surgery consider LL and jaw implants (maybe bimax instead depending?)

Nah.i eat non veg.but in some religious festivals I do fasting and eat only Veg..

It's not exactly patchy. My board xm was ongoing that's why I didn't got chance to trim them well...
