I'm trying to get hollow cheeks but idk how I'm fasting 24 hours sometimes and icing face. any more tips?

Grow your facial muscles make sure you sleeping on your back so you don’t flatten those cheek bones and eat well I’ve tried it all and those are realistically the only ways I’ve got it without fasting because realistically your going to get it all back
