Hollow cheeks

Hi. My face looks always flat and not any sign of hollowness. As soon as I move my mouth and clench my jaw I can see hollow cheeks. If I lose bf and debloat do I have potential for them ?

First 2 pics are difference.
Last two are casual faces, I looked like shi and tired but nvm it’s just for showing.

Just do aqualyx or buccal fat removal. You prolly could get hollow cheeks but your zygos might not be prominent enough to cast a shadow onto your cheeks which helps

No way buccal fat could go away with age? Like I’ve seen it peaks at 18 and fades later.

other opinions? I think fat grafting on under eye and these hollow cheeks (if I have potential) could ascend me a lil

Also I need to max my sleep cuz I ain’t sleeping shit and my eyes look way worse.

P.S. nose might ascend a lil cuz I had septoplasty and is swollen still. Rn bulbous so nerfs
