The red lines are areas of puffiness I want to reduce.
How do I reduce nasolabial crease and the tear trough fat pads?
Hard max and soft max tips are welcome.

Any other improvements for my eye area are also very appreciated.
How do I make eyes seem closer together

Also when I smile only my right eye forms an "aegosal" and I would love to know if there is a way to balance that out or how I should smile etc.

most likely caused by recessed maxilla so lefort or bimax. and aegosal is considered ideal

Ikk I just wanna know how to smile to get it on the other side. If it's only on one eye, it looks asymmetrical and make my face look inflamed (prolly not the only cause)

And are there ways to semi-soft max this as I am lowk broke for surgeries currently

idk about nasolabial because i suffer from that too but for the aegyo sal for now id say to just draw it on both sides that way it looks symmetrical and you're still #cutie
