I'm debating going 600 cals a day with home workouts or 1200 cals a day while going gym. Ik with the first one I'll probably lose my remaining strength as has already happened losing weight before, but I would really hate going gym bc I'm so antisocial and stuff plus I'll be losing a bit of money

Why not just 600 cals a day and gym

600 calories isn't enough

i understand cutting for weightloss
but that's half of a normal cut. you need room for all the protein and macros

If u dont wanna spend money on gym u can still workout at home it’s chill

U said u wanna lose weight so do cardio and aim for 10-20k steps. Buys dumbbells and use them at home for strength training (its still important to build a little muscle when losing weight, since you dont wanna lose that)

Trust me 600cals isn’t sustainable at all. Most people with eds that eat that little dont workout and just rot in bed all day. Start off with atleast 1300cals and slowly lower to a minimum of 1000cals if u want but stupid to go any lower, ud end up burned out and wont get any actual progress
