what is the best home workout i can do when getting bigger and im 176cm and 120pounds/54 kilos what should i do generally
 
what is the best home workout i can do when getting bigger and im 176cm and 120pounds/54 kilos what should i do generally
gain weight to be 60 kilos, 54 for 176 isnt good,

if you are a starter and you generally want to become big you should do some full-body workouts

do each excersises till failure

- arms: pushups, bicep curls, hand curls for forearm
- chest: incline, decline, wide push ups
- abs: crunches (don't touch shoulders on the ground), russian twist
- core: leg raises (on the ground)
- legs: squats (good form, not trash), explosive crunches

do this first month: monday, wednesday, friday, light version on sunday

after first month do: monday, tuesday, thursday,friday, sunday
