Normally related to my blood pressure because it runs low, today its just pain in my lower left side and nausea and a few other things related to that

I wanted to go to urgent care but apparently they need scans and shit cuz they think its gastrointestinal, I have pots that was misdiagnosed as orthostatic hypotension which is why i am normally at the hospital. I think rn its a waste cuz I most likley just have an infection
