Pretty sure drugs like coke can crumble the structure of the cartilage of your nose overtime. Any drugs that cause dehydration or lack of sleep will negatively impact your looks overtime.

Weed doesnt really have a big effect, when you are high you just get hungry faster worst case scenario is you make a chinese buffet go bankrupt and put on some weight ( mentally you can get a little brainfog a day after just like a hangover, also you might experience derealization if you really do alot but it is pretty chill if you do here and there imo
