I've always assumed it goes like this :

Blacks, Latinos, Muslims -1
Indians and Asians -2

A 6/10 Latino man and a 5/10 w hite man are equivalent. While a 7/10 Indian man and a 5/10 white man are equivalent.

I'm an Indian who's probably a 5/10 now after all my surgeries. In the eyes of woman, does that make me a 3/10?
