I have an ok hyoid bone so at least my mandible doesn't appear "recessed", but it is very steep and downward grown.

Tho ur doing good by having a beard to disguise that just let it grow a little more on the sides

Not good especially due to the excess fat under it
This is interesting, I have never had anyone mention submental fat being an issue for me, even the plastic surgery discord I was a member of. I mean since my hyoid is ok (I have an x-ray) I could probably get Kybella or whatever tf it's called. Jaw surgery group on Reddit said hyoid should be at or above the menton of the chin for good jaw surgery results.
