You're right, maxilla looks fine, the surgeries you'll need for this transformation is lower jaw surgery + rhinoplasty for nose. Give solution, it's the check on the right.

I wouldn’t recommend taking that too seriously, most people won’t treat you seriously until you ascend… but you will bro, Korea is a good option for lower cost, and also, you can message me for advice whenever I’m working on the same surgeries bro
