How can i ascend and masculinize my face

I know my bone structure, especially my chin, is a bit cooked. Its that bad that i need surgery if could ofher methods, pharmaceuticals and leanmaxxing be the key?

I was thinking a chin implant, a double jaw surgery i dont even think they offer this in my country (netherlands). n
Any other recommendations?
