If you're struggling with losing weight as it is very hard, do the, burn more of what u intake, get rid of wheat, gluten, alcohol, sugar and carbonated beverages, and lower the intake of dairy but u do need it for bone mass, go to ur local gym and start lifting, dont expect to be a chad for doing looksmaxxing for a weeks stay consistent if u expect changes quickly you will lose motive, groww your hair, do cardio, like running outside in the mornings or afternoon. MAKE THIS UR SOLUTION

call me sensitive or some shit but that's one of the very few crimes you can't commit with a good heart.
I do agree about the crime part but I joke abt everything. Not gonna be a dick and call u a snowflake.
