Debloat/Lose weight, Ditch the lashes they always look trashy go for a good mascara routine instead and maybe some lash serum. Sleep more or for under eyes you can always use a caffeine serum (the one from the ordinary helped me) and fix your diet.
Also I don’t rlly like the bangs but hats just personal preference probably
