Depending on how much bigger and stronger (there's a point where sheer size outweighs [no pun intended] everything), learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There are gyms run by good black belts everywhere nowadays, so a place to go shouldn't be too hard to find for you, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu is based on the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and weight while grappling. Jitz also has the added benefit of being extremely physically demanding, so it's great for burning calories. Anecdotally, I went from around 200lbs at my heaviest to 145lbs within 3 months of starting BJJ (I was starvemaxxing too though). Some studies also show that your testosterone levels increase after competing (if you win, that is; losers have been shown to drop below their pre-competition baselines [1]). Lastly, it's good socially too; some of my best friends are people I've both choked and been choked unconscious by.

You’re probably faster than him so try to make him tired

rock method always worked for me but grappling can counter it
True. Bad idea if the other guy is on top though. It's difficult to generate force swinging from the bottom and I sure as hell wouldn't want to be stuck under a bigger guy who knows what knee on belly is and that I also just pissed off real bad.

So you have a greater reach thats good, and you may be faster

this is where the “running away” method comes into its own, or maybe, if your daring, the “climb something and kick him in the face” method

pretty sure its a street fight js get a knife or smth

Lowkey the other guy being a wrestler is like the only scenario where I'd prefer to be on concrete. He wont be able to properly level change to shoot a takedown without his knee banging against the concrete which i can say from experience HURTS BAD, something that he will also surely know. This helps because if he can stop himself from getting taken down his odds go up about tenfold i would guess. Even if he cant strike for shit you've always got a punchers chance on the feet, you can always get lucky and chin him.

If you aren't trained forget about it and try to avoid any fight, especially against a wrestler.

BUT from my little experience as a former MMA fighter, since it will be a street fight ig? and he's most likely gonna try to put you on the ground by a double legs takedown (if it's his strategy, could be just strikes idk so keep your arms close to the face), keep your chin close to your sternum to avoid knocking the back of your head during a takedown. You probably CAN'T stop the takedown, so try to caught him into a guillotine choke asap and lock hard, never let his neck go. If you can't use and abuse the 12to6 elbow strikes

ohh yeah which one is more effective
beating with a rock has the possibility for significantly much more damage but its also harder cus they can more easily block you, while throwing the rock can result in you getting a high return (knocking them out) or they could just deflect it and suddenly your rockless. one is harder and the other is high risk high reward

Beating for sure. You can always miss if you throw it.

what if you get a stash of rocks

what if you get a stash of rocks
Would work I guess. The only criticism that I can think of is that it would be hard to do on the fly when you get into a fight. Unless you just carry around your stash of rocks everywhere. Maybe in a backpack?

what if you set up traps beforehand like get tennis ball launchers and fill them with round rocks and when the other guy comes turn them on

Let’s be real no untrained person is finishing a gilly. It took me like 6 months of rolling every day to finally hit one.
