How can i connect more to the scenarios in my head?

Like some people have this daydreaming thing when they actually connect to their thoughts and forget abt reality. U want to achieve that too. I think I used to be able to do it back in my childhood, but now I can't.
I used to be able to forget about real life with games but I can't find a good enough one anymore. I tried doing it by watching series but it reminds of looks so of irl.

I try to imagine myself as a famous pretty turkish actress who always plays cool characters and that gets edits on tik tok.
Back in my childhood I was mixing series I had watched and was like in a movie universe.

I walk a lot too when at uni but I can't fully connect with my scenarios. I am aware of reality

Life is as boring as u make it to be. It can be very exciting if u have an outgoing friend group and do fun stuff
