I am very bloated and it doesn’t really look good. I want to do something about it. The problem is that I'm only 15, and my parents won't let me eat different food from them for dinner. We have always been eating very healthy and all but they really like salt, so all our food is very salt. I have told them to use less salt but they won't listen. I don’t eat a lot of ultra-processed food though and I don't eat food with added sugar. I get enough sugar and carbs from fruits and milk. Some people tell me it's cope but I also eat a lot potassium because I make a lot of proteinshakes with banana and egg ect, and my father loves potatoes so I eat a lot potatoes too ect

I don’t. I make sure to eat healthy. In a typical day I eat a banana, glass of milk and a half cucumber for breakfast. 1 slice homemade whole grain bread with butter and ham + salad for lunch and beef, baked potatoes, broccoli and green beans for dinner. All vegetables is from our garden and all meat is organic. We don't eat junk food in my family, my parents are very aware

honestly just do a calorie deficit. i eat like shit but do it in a deficit and its the only way ive seen a change in my face but it could just be to do with age, at 15 my face looked like a chipmunks even tho i was skinny

You would have enough money if you prioritized it. If you prioritize other things then ofc you won't have the money for it. Goatis is jobless and still affords his diet.

Lose weight if you don’t wanna be bloated then make your own dinner if they won’t reduce the salt I mean I’m not saying don’t eat your families dinner I’m just saying if you really don’t wanna be bloated body armor drinks (get the ones with low calories like 20) have 680mg of potassium I take acne medication/diuretics like spiroacutone it makes you really dehydrated and I’ve noticed a big difference in my face

Im trying to figure out myself, but I heard that if you drink alot of water in the morning it can help you carry a more debloated face throughout the day. And potassium can help eliminate access salt. Thats honestly all I know for sure though
