I am very bloated and it doesn’t really look good. I want to do something about it. The problem is that I'm only 15, and my parents won't let me eat different food from them for dinner. We have always been eating very healthy and all but they really like salt, so all our food is very salt. I have told them to use less salt but they won't listen. I don’t eat a lot of ultra-processed food though and I don't eat food with added sugar. I get enough sugar and carbs from fruits and milk. Some people tell me it's cope but I also eat a lot potassium because I make a lot of proteinshakes with banana and egg ect, and my father loves potatoes so I eat a lot potatoes too ect
