download duck duck go then TOR browser then launch and look for a list of top 10 deep web browsers i forgot the name of the one i use and just click and test each one till one of them works certain deep web browsers will still block some stuff (usally cp) i recommend going with one that has a built in block for cp because that shit is genuinely so disgusting and you cant cleanse your mind of it

"opsec" isnt needed as tor uses onion routing to mask your IP and MAC addy

ik the layers protect you and all but i wouldn’t go around sharing any personal information or tapping random links without a vpn but that’s just me personally it’s up to you how to use it ig
