How can I fix coloring?

So my skin tone is white but I live in the middle east in Jordan specifically.

The sun is strong in here so my upper body,legs that I don't show in the sun is white but my face is brown and red for some reason it's probably a permeant sun burn I think ?

so like my hands are different color and torso is different and my face is different how can I like even out my skin tone?

tan intentionally to even out your skin tone. wear shorts and a tank top when you go in the sun and your tan will even out over time
