How can I fix my chronic back pain

Have you seen a physiotherapist yet ? Is the pain muscular or located in the spine ? You can always try to stretch your back, practice your posture and hang on a bar and twist your hips to ease the pain

Unlike what @Blackpillirony said don't twist your hips during a decompression as we don't know where the pain is located, don't make it worse. Instead you can suspend to a bar and slightly vacuum your abs and put your legs in front of you.

Other things you can try at home is practicing slow, controlled jeffersson curls, good morning back extensions, glutes bridges, crunches and planks. Indeed when your core, abs and glutes are weak, the lower back is taking all the pain.
Try right now floor bacic crunches (NOT sit-ups) and you'll feel a back decompression.

Also, from what i remember, most of the lower back pain irridiating in the leg (unless you have an herniated disc but you couldn't walk) are coming from the periformis muscle stiffness under the gluteus maximus.
If you have a tennis ball at home, you can try to decompress and massage this muscle (by basically sitting that muscle on the ball and roll in different directions) and see if it improves your sensations
