I am pretty ok with the color that my hair has and I’m currently trying to figure out a way how to style it properly and especially how to grow it out. I used to have much longer hair but it started breaking because of heat damage and I cut it all off a couple of months ago. Now it’s just stuck like that.

I’m looking for honest advice, thank you!

Needs more texture

your hair is naturally thin theres not much you can do
My hair is flat and thin naturally too, the BIGGEST thing that helped me is using volume mousse in your hair, its acc a lifesaver if you get a good brand one ,I use got2b but make sure ur not using too much as it can give ur hair a weird feeling when you touch it

Omega3, make sure ur protein intake is sufficient as those are key for having good hair

Thank you!! My hair was never this thin until I had done bleached strands about two years ago & pretty much all bleached parts fell out. I had tons of hair when I was younger. I have hopes of somehow getting it back to this point but I’m scared of doing more damage than good :(

Thank you for your advice!! I will try out the volume mousse. I am already watching my eating a lot so this might contribute as well on the long term ☺️
