shitty photo and ignore philtrum but how can i get a wider mouth/ thinner nose or better nose to mouth width in general as well as a more femine nose? this photo was after a week of hydrocortisone (around 1.42 ratio)

i had a lot of inflammation/ fluid in my nose and it definitely helped with that but it didn’t magically give me a smaller alar base or anything

Not really maybe fraud with lipstick or brush your lips to exfoliate them lr a lip suction cup to make them more plump
