how can i get bigger muscles without lifting?

basically i just want bbl allegations but i am very lazy and don't wanna lift.

can't take test cause don't wanna have deep voice or a monster sized clit
so theres tendons that run along your forearm against your wrist, what you have to do is cut those so they grow back bigger, use a razor

if ur not willing to have any sides or put in effort, im sorry but ur getting nowhere. you can do lower body mainly glutes some quads 2-3x a week for like 30 minutes each if ur that lazy and still get hypertrophy where it matters. if u literally only want ass ur looking at just glutes and like 15 minutes of work 2-3x a week, rotate through some hip thrusts and squats or whatever.

speaking as someone who was obese as shit and hated exercise, the pain stops being a big deal after a couple months. yeah it does suck and is fucking hell in the beginning but you stop caring later.

or just put a bunch of plastic in there

Unless you have the money to get implants or a bbl, there is no magical recipes for big glutes than eating on a small surplus and lift.
You don't have to spend hours in the gym tho. Focusing on compounds, lift heavy, low sets low reps.
