How can i get older women to prey on me?

Pretty much the title, I'm a young man and I lack direction so I need advice for how to get older, more experienced women to somewhat boss me around, I would say I'm moderately attractive so I'm curious as to where they might go to pick up guys like me.

probably at partys or something. the mian reason older woman would want a younger guy is because they have more energy and theyre more emotional ig. im basing this off the relationship in the tv show shameless when this guy named lip gets with his teacher. she mainly liked him again because he had more energy more thrills ykwim.
