How can i get rid of Acne scars

Hi.I need help getting rid of acne scars, they are very annoying. I had very bad acne, so I have been taking Accutane for the last 6 months. At the same time, I have been using Skinoren 15% every night for 5 months. Most of the acne has disappeared, but I am left with some very bad scars. What can I do? I know about laser therapy, but I understand that it is not a permanent method, after a few years the scars will be noticeable again. Also, maybe you can help me with a method to get rid of those white pimples.
