Derma rolling and rosemary oil to encourage brow growth, Tweezers will be your best friend in shaping the brows, though hard too tell exactly what to do without a picture

Tweezer the top so that it is postively tilted and flat, and let the bottom continue growing and encourage growth on the bottom

not even lying I made my eyebrows a few mm lower set with this method

ik it sounds stupid but it works

Mirin. I was looking to do this for myself as well. My brows are too positively tilted.
