I started gym about 1.5 years ago, I was then 64 kilos and 193 cm height. But I went there inconstantly (I used to skip trainings, not go for months bcs I lost motivation, and I generally didn't took gym seriously the first year). For the last couple of months I decided that I need to start an aggressive bulk, and I gained about 12 kilos in about 2-3 months (I am 87 kg now), my power in the gym also improved very well, and I generally gained a lot of muscle while my bodyfat almost didn't increased. So now I look normal (I have around 15-16 bodyfat, and decent amount of muscle), but I want to achieve a "bigger" build, but it is really hard for me because of my low appetite, height and bone structure.
I would like to achieve a build similar to Tom's Welling (on the picture), he is the same height as me and has slightly higher bodyfat percentage, but he is bigger than me (I would guess he is 15 kilos above me on the picture). Now I already struggle with my diet because I am eating a lot and training really hard almost everyday, and my question would be what the best I can do to achieve a build similar to this and gain more 10-15 kilos in a couple of months? What vitamins, foods or things should I take to continue with my gains?
