For reference, I have not cut the back of my hair since I had a fade on August 1st. It is now February 9th and I feel like my hair grows very slowly. I've tried asking about this before and researching but other than minox which I'm not doing, idk what else I can do to help growth.

I've tried castor oil, doesn't seem to do anything for head hair. It has done something for my eyebrows though.
Would rosemary oil help my hair growth at all?
gotta be consistent with castor, its not something that will improve hair growth speed drastically, but it keeps your hair healthier which = less shedding, and less shedding = over a long period of time you'll be able to tell that your hair has grown a lot more

its like a hair version of creatine

The thing about hair growth is the body will always prioritize other organs and other essential functions on the body over your hair. If you have any sickness or any type of Illness or dysfunction in your organs, your body will prevent your hair from going thicker and longer.. A good example of this is a person who has a heart attack often starts to lose his hair by going thinner and his hair just stops growing until he heals from that injury. So basically, if you want the best hair growth, you gotta be the healthiest version of yourself and make sure that you're not getting a debilitating illness. If you're not ill and you're wanting to get even more hair growth, I really would recommend you use Minoxidil. If you're not comfortable using that you can use peptides. And if you're not comfortable using peptides, you can use vitamins.

For me I use injectable ghk-cu, minoxidil with tret 0.1 mixed in. I use Redlight and I use trt to keep my hormones healthy. I just recently added finasturide to slightly lower my dht. None of this is needed however it helps long into old age.
