you have a huge nose bump that indicates counter clockwise growth of your craniofacial structure, you unironically need to start mewing and training your tongue and massetters muscles

bro the skin isnt the problem at all, your face is really downgrowthed. good thing you are 15 at least, make sure to also adjust head, tongue and body posture. how is your palate like?

I think my palate is uneven and stronger on my right, I have a small overbite but my dentist said it’s not bad

How can I train my tongue and massetter muscles?

dentists and orthodontists are either retards or they simply dont think most people are willing or would prefer to go under certain treatments or surgeries to fix their jaw structure and possibly fixing many breathing problems. either talk to an orthodontist specialized in airways or a myofunctional therapist to address the problem.

your palate is likely narrower than it should and this is happens when your tongue isnt trained to have the correct oral posture also called mewing which supports and widens the upper jaw, this is why you also have a weak mandible: your upper jaw "locked" in the mandible, causing it to move downwards and stunting its development and growth. this can cause breathing and body posture issues.
unironically you should start mewing and fixing your head and body posture too.
all this is clearly visible by the bump on your nose (common in people with the exact same issue) and weak lower jaw.
in addition mewing doesnt just support the upper jaw but also move it upwards, giving more undereye support and what is called clockwise facial growth

to summer it all up you need to correct your myofunctional habits, you can find many videos online talking about it. you can train your tongue by tongue chewing ("chewing" a gum against your palate using only your tongue) and training massetters by hard chewing.

to be fair this is something crucial in the first years of someone's life, it is possible that you will see progresses in the future since you are 16 but they wont be as great as they would have been if you started like at 10 years old or earlier, many people call this cope but it does work.
there are also orhtodontic treatments and surgeries people can do to like widen the palate and even adjusting the mandible. adults after 21 years old with the same problem are likely to need surgically assisted reopening of the palate suture and lower jaw surgery to fix part of the problem, and it doesnt even fix it all.

if you have more questions try @me or post more on here

Thanks so much bro. I just wanted to ask if I should send you a picture of my palate for a more accurate diagnosis.
Btw I am middle eastern so I always thought my bump was just genetic.
Btw I feel as though I have no issue mewing, I am able to create suction and push my tongue to the roof of my mouth.
I will say though that my right side of my palate and jaw is much visibly stronger than the left.

try making a post with the full picture of your palate yeah.
what should tell your palate is too small for your tongue is by just mewing correctly and then after like couple minutes stick your tongue out: if it has ridges on the edges it means its likely smaller than it should. if the palate is also v shaped is also narrow

I sent you a message with a picture of my palate. Your right about my tongue having ridges after mewing.
