How can I improve my jaw and nose?

How can I improve my jaw and nose? I can't mewing because the frenulum of my tongue is too short (I can't touch the palate). According to my dentist this is precisely the cause of my underdeveloped jaw and I had to fix it as a child by having my frenulum cut. Now I'm 18 years old, but I intend to cut this frenulum, albeit late, anyway because it doesn't allow me to position my tongue correctly. In the meantime I would like to know if there is any method to fix my large and malformed nose and also fix my retruded jaw (the chin ends before the lips). I would like to know natural and surgical methods, thanks

Nah, sorry to break it to you. Surgery would be the only way.
okay, should i have a rhinoplasty for my nose and some maxillofacial surgery for my chin and jaw? Who should I contact first?

I'm not a cosmetic surgeon so I don't know exactly but I'd start by talking to an orthodontist to see if they can reshape your jaw since your still young and probably developing your final face shape. After that just look into board certified surgeons near you and ask them for a consultation.
