How can I increase my testosterone levels naturally?

Hello. I am wondering how I can maximize my testosterone levels. What foods should I take and what should I do for this?
Stop hearing to sad melodic music. Get into traumatic and violent circumstances and win them (if you loose, your Testo decrease). Of course, even though they increase testosterone, it would not be recommendable.

Won't trauma and violent situations harm me?

Sleep, get as much sunlight as you can, eat a natural diet, limit your stress as much as possible, sex or just having female interaction. These are important ones that people usually look over.

Improving sleep hygiene. Working out. Gain muscles, eat protein to help with that. You could also just simply take testosterone injections/whatever to increase your levels. Testosterone injections don't normally have a lot of bad side effects.
Agree but be careful about test injections, the PCT can be risky, injecting synthetic T shut down the natural production, even at the lowest doses

People forgot this is the most important thing to raise T : being inside women on a regular basis
Alongside sprinting, compound movements and having an animals based diet, with some olive oil, maybe

There aren't many girls around me. I live in a small town-like area. They're usually more in the summer, but I guess I don't interact well with women. But I will also consider the other items.

Tony's right here. I didn't even consider that because I forget people on these sites probably won't do further research into stuff people recommend here, lmfao.

Testosterone, like with most treatments that involves synthetic hormones, you're meant to take them forever. Most people don't and won't. When I said testosterone doesn't have many side effects, that's technically true, but doing the work for your body is always going to have your body depend on your supply instead of it's natural production. This applies to anything.

In theory, you can take testosterone and eventually stop without destroying your body's natural production, but it depends what your current levels are and what your treatments outside of the injections are. It also depends on how much you're taking, how often, and even where you get your injections from. It's something best monitored with a doctor. Most bodybuilders have doctors for a reason to help monitor their injection usage, because all of these drugs can be extremely dangerous if done incorrectly.

Doing 'natural' things such as diet/exercise/etc is normally the best route for most things. Most people don't want this answer because it takes time, commitment and consistency. It's not quick and fast like injections would be.

If you were considering taking testosterone, you'd also want to look into other side effects such as sperm count and fertility.
