HOW CAN I MAKE MY THIGHS SKINNIER NO GLUE NO BORAX

In m opinion, they look fat compared to other girl's "thick thighs", I'm 167 cm and weigh 62 kg
well in that case its abt the height of the other girls, but if ur tighs arent like wobbly as shit and dont have cellulites and have tight skin and shii u should be good with a mid calorie deficit

they're not wobbly or have cellulite, it's just that most girls have overall smaller frames and to look as delicate and cute as they do i'd have to become skinnier overall and my current thighs don't match that goal

I hope you know u can’t spot reduce fat. All over weight loss is the only way
have u not seen the "is my friend fat" thread? Literally just a bunch of people arguing wether I'm fat or slightly overweight. I'm well ware that I'm big I've been improving and wanna know why my thighs don't change. (Don't mean any of this is an agressive manner btw, i just don't know how to talk properly)
 
Ik I'm tryna lose all of it.
Perfect then don’t complicate it and give it time. You don’t necessarily need to work out, just eat less calories than you burn. Super simple. I’ve lost over 10kg this year from skipping meals and pure desperation. Find something that motivates you and let it happen.

no dude I haven’t read ur other threads sorry for not keeping up. just telling you the obvious. they’re not changing because you are genetically predisposed to store more fat there.

yh but they should get smaller im pretty sure. like they might be bigger compared to the rest of ur body but idk why they stayed the same thats strange

I've been eating healthy and working out for two months now, i've seen improvement on my waist but my thighs seem bigger than before, I hate it, someone help me diminish them plsss
Sometimes you can’t cuz it’s genetic I suffer from the same thing but maybe you’ll see improvement if maybe ur thigh fat will be the last to go, for example i knew a girl who lost weight everywhere else but her arm fat was the last to go.

i like them that way, so dw abt it
 
spam cardio (low intensity if you want to look toned, high intensity if you want to lose muscle but I don't recommend that tbh) + workouts with no added weight (high rep) + cal deficit (500+ each day) lost almost 3 inches off my thighs in a month

If you are lifting heavy constantly then stop. My legs have gotten more thinner and toned once I started prioritizing walking more while using 2lb ankle weights and using my own body weight when doing leg workouts for example, leg lifts with a resistance band, donkey kicks.
 
If your in a deficit the only reason your thighs could look bigger is more muscle. Just keep at it and they will look more toned.
