How can I reduce stress as much as possible

I’m about to start school Ina few weeks is there anything I can do to reduce stress

I often find myself bloated due to high stress

That's probably not why ur bloated bud but focus on getting enough sleep, having a good schedule that balances school, studying and friends etc. Aswell as trying to get in some exercise like sports or something, also diet tends to help
