How can I reverse my tanning?

As yall can see I was white in my childhood but tanned so bad that I got 5 shades darker

Same thing happened for me buddy, reduce your exposition to the sun and try to geomaxx near the poles. Or you can use a skin whitening product, @milkjar would be glad to help you. Btw reminder that it’s not your skin colour that keeps you from ascending.

I feel like if I can lighten my skin tone then my contrast and colouring will improve and should I wear green or blue lenses after reversing my tan

You'll look goofy with green or blue contacts JFL you can't larp as white.
