how can i upload videos?

literally all I do is click the 3 dots on the right, select the camera thing, click on drop video, and choose 1 from ur gallery

thats what i do but ill get to 100% and after that it says the extension isnt allowed lol maybe ill try from a diff browser to see if it can help somehow

Based off of this error, you're uploading a video that has a different file format than .mp4.

Go to the properties of your file and see what file extension it is. It'd normally end in it in the file name, such as "video.mov" or "video.avi" or something. Then you look up "[extension] to .mp4" so ".mov to .mp4" and you'd convert the video to the correct format.

Most users embed the content, which mean uploading it to a site that supports the file format and then just sharing the link here.
