How can you fix red puffy nose from pores?

I struggle with a constant red and puffy nose, I also have allergies, but I can also tell it's partially my pores... i'm pretty sure its a combination? How can I work on this and is it possible for me to fully improve it?

if you have allergies that’s prob the main reason why, also is it cold where you live? it may be drying your skin out, so make sure your nose/skin is always moisturized.

yes it's cold, it's defenitly worse in the winter

keep your face moisturized, the same way lips get chapped is the same way your face will get dry. this causes irritation and your skin gets red.
apply moisturizer and stay hydrated.
