I can only forgive people if they start treating me nice.

you dont have to. To forgive someone they have to genuinely ask for forgiveness. If they dont plan on changing, its not genuine.
But with a different definition of forgiveness, you can find peace in forgiving whilst distancing yourself from that person until they are ready to ask for forgiveness.

Ion really hate anyone enough to forgive I actually never felt the feeling of hate or resentment towards someone

Just not something I care enough to hold
