i mean i myself have rhino and my nose is pretty similar (not as small obviously but)
i mean my hair appt is booked for tmr and im gonna lighten my brows soon
i just really need the bone projection which is the most difficult

well most of them have more surgerys than many people on this forum so no not really, nobody has naturally platinum hair or massive lips
again most of these girls ahve rhino + chin lip filler etc
