Need genuine methods to get on track with my caloric deficit
Also would an 200 calorie deficit suffice to go from 15-18% bf to let's say 10% this summer without harming my growth ?

just do it, you have to be disciplined

track your calories using an app and weigh ur food w a kitchen scale

I have allat, and I used to be rlly disciplined a few months back but then some stuff happened on my life and I also started dirty bulking
 
eat less ig 300-500 deficit is enough

you can def do it again if you’ve done it once

good advice for any goal is to not discouraged and just do as much as you can. for example, if you fail your diet mid-day one day it doesn’t mean splurge the rest of the day, if you mess up a few days in a week it doesn’t mean you should just “start fresh new week” and forget about diet until then. stay on track best you can!
