Im 130lbs 169cm 29inch waist 33.5 inch hips pants dont fit me right cuz my proportions how tf do I shrink my waist without affecting my hips much?

I eat like between 1800 and 600 cals a day depending on work and money etc. And im semi active my bmr is like 1400
 
gymmaxx, u have to create the illusion of one
grow ur lower body and upper body to make ur core look smaller
also eat well like eat enough protein obviously

WAIST TRAINERS!!!! it’s only to mold the waist tho you’ll still have to do waist exclamation tho but they work sm i use them and my waist is rlly small

waist vacuum(idk if that’s the name in english but it’s a breathing technique that works wonders for waist), waist trainers(but you’ll have to train abs at least 4x a week if you do this one), getting wider hips by working out, and train back too so it will give you a more hourglass figure
 
I could start running again which i did most of my life but I have pots which makes cardio difficult now

I could for a very short period, I have pots which is a nervous system disorder meaning too much movement in a short period can fuck me up for a week

Do you have a belly that sticks out or is ur waist just wide bc if ur belly sticks out then do ab exercises to get it to flatten try 50 leg lifts 30 crunches and 1 minute plank every day just set aside like 20-30 minutes a day and if ur consistent and eating right itll be fine

Relatively flat when im not on my period, its just wide ig? Like I have no curves

Then its prob just ur build up might have a rectangular body shape theirs not much u can do about that other than dress for ur shape to be more flattering

I cant dress for my shape I cant get clothes that fit me thats the only reason I want a smaller waist

It’s mostly genetic. Same thing with dudes who want wide shoulders, it’s just genetics
 
A normal difference between waists and hips is 10 inches (that’s what clothing brands also make pants by) so if you did measure it right and yours is only 4.5 then some of it could be your bones but you could probably get it smaller by getting a lower body fat percentage. You can lower your bf% by just walking and a bit of weights don’t think about it in terms of weight necessarily and don’t starve. Like doing strength training to build glutes will help lower bf% and also maintain/increase hip measurement

i’m 105lbs i think? 23 inch waist. it is honestly genes, bone structure + starvemaxx so theres not much you can do to shrink your waist other than maybe keeping calories low and core targeting workouts. one thing i do though that i’m not sure helps, i use a waist trainer and i massage my stomach and waist with oil alot. i also drink loads of green tea which generally suppresses my appetite and makes it easier to not eat as much. i wouldn’t recommend actually starving though because you’ll fuck up your skin and hair and gain the weight back tenfold. also depends if u have longer or shorter torso

my weight isnt the main issue its just my overall build and I have long legs and an average torso

You can’t really change frame, especially as a woman. What you can do is exercise your upper and lower body for an illusion of a smaller waist.
