How do I ascend?
I am 15, I take no alcohol - no drugs, no nicotine, nothing - I enjoy a steak twice a month, and I eat chicken every other day, and I eat about 4 eggs a day, I have only started softmaxxing recently and I don’t know where to go and I would like advice. Brutally honest please.
