i've seen pretty good results from looksmaxing so far all i've done is weight loss,debloat,grown out hair and trained neck haven't had that crazy of a transformation but enough to wear people treat me different and it's.Not like im a completely neurodivergent incel but i still do sometimes find myself being slightly socially awkward and i was wondering if anyone has any tricks or tips to just over all become more confident also don't give me any water advice like "just put yourself out there" or join a club/do sports i already do rec soccer and muay thai i'm mostly looking for advice like maybe certain supplements i could use to self medicate that don't make me feel empty or not like myself like most adhd medication does preferably something natural in the same realm as ashwagandha.
