I want to go to the school counselor and ask to see if I could get help with diagnosing me but tbh I’m so scared of people I genuinely fear the thought of even doing this. How do you guys get the courage to do this. How can I be normal and talk to people

Step by step don't think about it too hard it just comes along slowly but you kind of need to have a good feedback loop/startup to have a good foundation of confident but exposure therapy may help a lil talking to family, friends irl and online about sports or something you can start small-talking with/about and go from there

Your entire life is determined the day you were born

go in public and do things
just like have really fucking weird interactions with people
(Safe looking people)
Ask them questions and what not just do things in places or with people who you won’t see again
That way if you fuck up it’s not an issue and then overtime after you start to get good at interactions it’ll carry on to your actual life

Exposure. Try talking to homeless people or people you don't respect and work your way up
