How do I escape my weird hobbies/interests (basically stop being a nerd)

I have the worst hobbies thinkable. I watch anime, I play a lot of niche video games, I was interested in Pokemon for a long time, I listen to underground music, I do looksmaxxing and I sound like an autist when speaking to people.

Was I cursed or is there a way to become NT? Because NT is law

force yourself to like normie shit and if you do it enough you might start to genuinely like it

I like basketball the most, found myself playing football recently. I might start some martial arts this year, dunno which one yet
