start with understanding what makes a face attractive. once you have that baseline you can actually look at yourself and figure out what's off and target the flaws one by one. the must read section covers some of these.

stuff you can do right now is lose weight if you need to, fix your skin, eat better, sleep more. obvious but it works. most of what you can improve falls into this category anyway, health and basic upkeep. a good haircut, the right products. this is called softmaxxing. low effort, decent roi, no reason not to do it.

hardmaxxing is surgery. bigger roi but you don't need it unless you're actually deformed, which you almost certainly aren't. don't go there first. go there last, if ever.

fix the obvious stuff first. most people never even do that.

don't try to look like someone else, that's the wrong mindset entirely. work with what you have and optimize it. the goal is the best version of you, not a bad copy of someone else.

sleep is doing more damage than you think. fix that first before you even touch diet or skincare products. you're basically pouring money down the drain if you're buying serums and sleeping 4 hours.

for skin you don't need to go full nutritionist mode. Just cut sugar, cut salt, cut processed junk, drink actual water eat actual whole foods. Eat balanced. see how your skin responds. most people see a noticeable difference from just that. strict diet is overkill unless the basics don't move the needle after a few weeks.

3. you need to do weird head movements and walk weirdly , even do weird mouth noises like gargling and running weirdly

4- Do a lot of vaping / smoking , this will make your speech more dificult to understand

5- Have short arms and be around 23 bodyfat ( Skinny Fat is ideal for dinosaur maxing)

Permanent results need surgery or filler. that's the list. filler fades in a year or two so arguably that's still renting. if you're carrying fat in your face, losing weight will hit the whole face including the nose, that's the one natural lever that actually does something.

Make up contouring works as an illusion. shadow the sides, highlight the bridge.

Anyone telling you there's a permanent non surgical fix is either selling you something or delusional. Plausible at best, and I am being generous.

its really hard to get a hollow face as a girl unless ur doing everything u can for it (like fat dissolvers and whatnot) you wont get a hollow face from debloating. i saw before that you were asking about your nose, personally ive used hydrocortisone 0.05% cream, you can buy it from the chemist and it basically just reduces inflammation dramatically, so ive seen a huge difference personally. just be super careful with it cause if you use it too often it'll thin the skin on ur nose and make little veins show. i use it every day for a week, then a week off and then repeat, and I havent had any issues so far. its also super cheap like $7. the pharmacist might ask u questions, you just need to say you have eczema on ur back or somewhere non-visible as its technically an eczema cream and they wont give it to you without a reason. sorry for the huge paragraph lol

it'll be even stronger then 0.05%, so just be super careful not to thin ur skin and cause redness. every second day every second week would probably work but im not 100% sure so you should do some of your own research on 1%

i have high set cheeksbones (not popping out) and sometimes i see a "shadow" under them idk what it is but its quite small also no worries thanks for the tip ive been looking for something similar
