start with understanding what makes a face attractive. once you have that baseline you can actually look at yourself and figure out what's off and target the flaws one by one. the must read section covers some of these.

stuff you can do right now is lose weight if you need to, fix your skin, eat better, sleep more. obvious but it works. most of what you can improve falls into this category anyway, health and basic upkeep. a good haircut, the right products. this is called softmaxxing. low effort, decent roi, no reason not to do it.

hardmaxxing is surgery. bigger roi but you don't need it unless you're actually deformed, which you almost certainly aren't. don't go there first. go there last, if ever.

fix the obvious stuff first. most people never even do that.

you should use a sunscreen (33-55 spf) with an oil cleanser I personally use anua, if you have acne you can also use a benzyl peroxide face wash i use 10% but it might be too harsh for some, also use a good moisturizer depending on your skin type and if you once again have acne use Accutane or tretinoin depending on the severity im prob forgeting something but im doing something rn so ill prob remember later if it matters enough

hi ok first of all thank you, should i just try to change my features a bit? or just try to look like someone else.
Im 5'5 and 48-49kg so idk if i should lose weight (lmk) i do think my sleeping scedule is veryyy bad so i'll have to work on that, also do i need to follow a strict diet to fix my skin or just cut out sugar? about the haircut thing might be a problem because i have naturally curly hair (3b-3c) so its a bit harder to manage

i use a caffeine moisturizer i think it kinda works but if you're on tretinoin, which I recommend for bumps or tazarotene for blemishes, then you can't use serums or else it burns like crazy

don't try to look like someone else, that's the wrong mindset entirely. work with what you have and optimize it. the goal is the best version of you, not a bad copy of someone else.

Im 5'5 and 48-49kg so idk if i should lose weight (lmk)
5'5 and 48-49kg you're fine, don't lose weight. if anything you could benefit from building a bit of muscle but that's it.

i do think my sleeping scedule is veryyy bad so i'll have to work on that,
sleep is doing more damage than you think. fix that first before you even touch diet or skincare products. you're basically pouring money down the drain if you're buying serums and sleeping 4 hours.

also do i need to follow a strict diet to fix my skin or just cut out sugar?
for skin you don't need to go full nutritionist mode. Just cut sugar, cut salt, cut processed junk, drink actual water eat actual whole foods. Eat balanced. see how your skin responds. most people see a noticeable difference from just that. strict diet is overkill unless the basics don't move the needle after a few weeks.
about the haircut thing might be a problem because i have naturally curly hair (3b-3c) so its a bit harder to manage
curly hair isn't the problem, i have it too, neglected curly hair is the problem. 3b-3c is a great pattern, properly moisturized and defined it looks insane. most people just fight their hair instead of learning to work with it. Go to a salon and ask for advice, watch some videos on it and build a routine for your curl type and it goes from headache to one of your best features. curly hair adds a lot of character too, it gives you an exotic edge.

well yes im mixed w moroccan so that makes sense. I do have a curly hair routine w tons of products and allat but i think im js lazy. When i do wear it down because i mostly wear a messy bun i get compliments, i straightened it once and i wouldnt say it looked bad at all, but a friend of mine told me curly suits me more so idrkk

You have the routine, the products, everything. you're just not using them. that's a laziness problem not a hair problem. easiest fix there is.

Less is more with that curl type. don't drown it in product, it gets weighed down. find the two or three things that actually work and stick to those.

laziness doesn't fly in looksmaxxing or life in general. results match effort, simple as that. people pay money and sit in salons for hours to get perms trying to achieve what you were born with. don't straighten it, or neglect it. use it.

Save yourself
take the dinosaur pill🦖
full guide in thread.
1- have shoes that are fake , some fake nikeys and make sure they cant be scanned

2- Wear really really tight jeans and stinky ass socks , short socks prefered.

3.‼️ you need to do weird head movements and walk weirdly , even do weird mouth noises like gargling and running weirdly‼️

4- Do a lot of vaping / smoking , this will make your speech more dificult to understand

5- Have short arms and be around 23 bodyfat ( Skinny Fat is ideal for dinosaur maxing)

worst shit ive seen today

ok question is there a way to debloat, nose specifically??
nose debloat is hard. cold compress, diet tweaks, sleep position, all temporary. you're renting results.

Permanent results need surgery or filler. that's the list. filler fades in a year or two so arguably that's still renting. if you're carrying fat in your face, losing weight will hit the whole face including the nose, that's the one natural lever that actually does something.

Make up contouring works as an illusion. shadow the sides, highlight the bridge.

Anyone telling you there's a permanent non surgical fix is either selling you something or delusional. Plausible at best, and I am being generous.

okay so if i wanna debloat overal i just have to lose weight??

49kg at 5'5 is already light
I think you should focus on shape and muscle over weight right now
diet helps too
my face looks bloated compared to my body but i dont want hollowness tho so im kinda scared if i even should 'debloat'
