Stop eating carbohydrates at least a couple hours before bed. They heat your body up and you need to cool down a certain amount in order to sleep. I would also either use blue light glasses with phone or turn on the night shift filter, ideally avoiding screens for an hour or so and definitely keep lights low or off

TY!!!!!!!! ACTUAL PEAK ADVICE might be too late tho. To sleep anymore 😞😞😞😞😞
